About PixelPilot
A file optimisation studio that starts from what the file is for.
Most compressors ask you to pick a codec and a number. PixelPilot asks what the file is for, a YouTube thumbnail, a web page, a game icon, a smaller email attachment, and turns that into settings you can read and change.
How it works
Images are decoded with your browser’s built-in decoders, resized on a canvas in a background worker, and encoded with the browser’s JPEG, PNG and WebP encoders. PNG palette reduction uses UPNG.js. PDFs are repacked with pdf-lib or, if you choose, rendered to page images with pdf.js and rebuilt. Every result is measured, and if a file didn’t get smaller, PixelPilot says so.
What it is not
It is not an AI tool. Goal Mode is a set of written rules, so the same file and goal always give the same result. It doesn’t edit or generate images, and it doesn’t build Minecraft resource packs or upload anything to YouTube or Roblox for you.
